We have been partnering with clients to expand business thinking since 1993. The firm began with Michael J. Trattner as a distributor of self-study materials and business simulations. Terry Trattner joined the firm in 1995 as office manager.

Each of the above factors must be linked to three key elements to drive the adoption of any critical business initiative.
Motivation. Participants need to understand how they fit into the "big picture." Our experiential learning approach uses client data to determine areas of focus and engage participants in understanding how they make an impact. They are motivated because as they learn, they develop a capability to use their skills. Because they see their impact on the business, their personal value increases which in turn can impact discretionary effort.
Support. Once a skill is learned it must be reinforced, and the rightresources must be made available to demonstrate that skill. Our implementation planning involves the executive team and managers of the participants, so that a consistent message is delivered, and the right environment to demonstrate the skills is created.
Business Impact. There must be a business purpose for the initiative that links to the vision and strategy or it will not sustain its sponsorship over time to change behavior. Our Connections Process™ includes corporate strategy and competitive landscape to establish the sense of urgency for the business. It includes specific client financial information to demonstrate the connection between daily employee activity and corporate financial results.
